1. Definitions
- User: Anyone accessing or using the Service.
- Seller: User who uploads and licenses content.
- Buyer: User who purchases or downloads content.
- Content: Videos, images, or other materials on the Service.
2. Accounts
- Users must be 18+.
- Users are responsible for account security.
- The Company may suspend accounts for violations.
3. Use of Content
- Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license according to the license type.
- Buyers may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of Content.
- Unauthorized copying or use, including illegal distribution, is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer
- Sellers retain ownership of their Content.
- By uploading, Sellers grant the Company rights to market and distribute Content.
- The Company does not guarantee that uploaded Content is free of third-party copyright claims.
- Platform liability is limited; we act as an intermediary.
- If the Company becomes aware of copyright infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing Content.
- Users must report infringements via mail@spvs.kr.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Refunds are only available if the Content is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible due to platform issues.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or mistaken purchase.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Uploading infringing, illegal, or offensive Content.
- Automated downloads, scraping, or circumventing technical restrictions.
- Violation of copyright or these Terms.
7. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
- The Company is not liable for damages resulting from Content use, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
- Korean law governs these Terms.
- Disputes resolved via arbitration in Seoul.
- For global users, applicable local laws may supplement these Terms, but Company policies apply universally.
Privacy Policy
- Complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
- Collected info: account details, usage data, uploaded/purchased Content.
- Use: provide Service, process payments, legal obligations.
- Sharing: only with trusted service providers; no sale of personal data.
- Retention: as long as account is active; users may request deletion via mail@spvs.kr.
- GDPR Rights: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds only for defective or inaccessible Content.

- Uploading to stock libraries or redistribution platforms.
- Any use violating copyright or these Terms.
DMCA / Copyright Policy
- We comply with DMCA and respect copyright laws.
